The methods are the same for any weight loss plan including healthy diet, 30 minutes to an hour of exercise a day, and sensible calorie intake. Adding a few targeted exercises for the abs will drop those last few pounds from your midsection.
1. Hold a small weight in each hand and place your legs slightly more than should width apart. Bend at the waist toward your left leg until your back is in a horizontal position. Hold that pose for three to five seconds and raise up slowly. Now repeat, this time bending toward the right leg. Start with two sets of ten, then add one or two repetitions each day until you have worked up to three sets.
